Shipping policy

Please double check that you have entered your address correctly before placing your order. Any packages sent due to incorrectly entered addresses are not refundable.

 

Processing times 

❣️Ready to ship plushies will take up to 1 week to be processed and shipped out 

❣️Made to order plushies will take up to 3 weeks to finish and ship out 

❣️ if you order a made to order product along with ready to ship items, your order will be sent together, as soon as the made to order item is finished

 

Sustainability

In order to lower our carbon footprint, your package may come in a recycled/repurposed packaging.

 

Domestic Shipping 

All products will be shipped via AusPost.  Delays should be expected during festive seasons. Below are delivery timeframe estimates provided by Auspost, please note that these timeframes apply to when the package is shipped, not from when an order is placed: 

Within Australia (standard shipping): 
⁃ Same state (QLD): 2-4 business days 
⁃ Interstate: 3-6 business days

Within Australia (express shipping):
⁃ Same state (QLD): 1-2 business days
⁃ Interstate: 1-3 business days

 

International Shipping: 

International orders (outside of Australia) may be subject to import duties and taxes such as VAT. If that is the case, the buyer/consumer will be responsible for paying any custom fees and additional charges incurred upon receipt of their package.
